We undertake most types of civil litigation and dispute resolution but specialise in housing social care, welfare benefits and challenges to central and local government.
We use interpreters when necessary but our lawyers and support staff include fluent speakers in Spanish and, Portuguese.
We have particular expertisespecialise in:
- Representing people with mental health problems or who are mentally incapacitated
- The rights of migrant workers and their families including EU law
Our work includes rights to Disability Living Allowance/Personal Independence Payments, Income Support, Employment and Support Allowance, Incapacity Benefit, Job-Seeker's Allowance and Universal Credit. We represent claimants in disputes with the DWP in judicial review proceedings.
We help homeless people to obtain housing, work with tenants to prevent eviction, to claim housing benefit, to obtain repairs and compensation and to contest service charges.
