We specialise on Welfare Benefits and from September 2024 we will be able to represent claimants in disputes with the DWP or Housing Benefit authorities in judicial review proceedings, for example, when your payments have stopped without an explanation and for a long time, or where you do not have a right of review or appeal.
Most other cases, where you have a right of review or appeal are not funded by the Legal Aid Agency. But note that some firms, normally with a Welfare Benefits legal aid contract, can represent you in appeals to the Upper Tribunal.
