Housing, Community Care and Public Law Litigation
With many years' commitment to wider access to justice and legal aid we are sensitive to the needs of clients with limited financial means.
Our lawyers and support staff include fluent speakers in Spanish, Portuguese and Danish - and we provide a full bi-lingual service in those languages.
We promise our clients that we will:
- Keep them fully informed at all times;
- Send them copies of all important documents and correspondence;
- Return telephone calls on the same day if possible;
- Deal with correspondence promptly;
- Write letters in plain language without jargon;
- Ensure that all important communications with non-English speakers are in their first language;
- Give appointments without delay.
We hold the Law Society's Lexcel accreditation which is only awarded to legal practices that meet the highest management and customer care standards.
